Silver scrolls-The leaves are about 3.5" across and highly silvered. Height 12-18", spread 8-12". Flowers are tiny, white, tinged with pink blooming profusely in the spring When the new foliage appears in the spring (lower right), it is silver flushed with burgundy, but as the season progresses, it becomes almost silver and black, with the leaf veins resembling cast iron scrollwork against a light background (right).
